cancellation policy

To ensure everyone shares an equal opportunity to book a consultation with me, there are two cancellation fees:

I require at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or re-arrange. Failure to give the required 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of £40 for an initial consultation and £30 for follow-up appointments.

If you fail to attend your appointment without notifying me, then the full consultation fee becomes non-refundable.
